2. Cancellation Policy: If you wish to cancel a scheduled appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
3. Exceptions: In cases where a service is deemed unserviceable or where we fail to meet our obligations, we will review such cases on an individual basis and may issue a partial refund at our discretion.
